Data usage:
We use your data to generate an application letter. In order to perform the service, we do send your data to a third party (OpenAI). Please refer to OpenAI's data usage policies for more information on their data privacy practices (Link to OpenAI data privacy policy). As of 01 March 2023, OpenAI do not use your data and only retains the data for a maximum of 30 days for abuse and monitoring purpose.

Data storage:
We do not store any of your personal data. Once we have used your data to generate the application letter, we immediately send it to you and delete your data from our system.
